A set of buildings located in a small hamlet in the council of San
Sadurniño (La Coruña), 20 kms distance from the beaches and Ferrol. The
main building is a house which needs renovation, recently installed a
bathroom and the ground floor has been cemented. Attached to this
building there are various cabins with bread oven. Opposite there is
another building which was used as a stable. Both of these buildings
are located in the extreme west point of the estate where the tarmac
path finishes.
In the eastern point of the estate there's a house in ruins, measures
70 m2, opposite another cabin of 37 m2, also with a bread oven and just
outside this cabin there's a traditional Galician granary in good
condition. In the middle of the estate there's another small cabin (20
m2), built with stone and wood as all the others, except the stable
which was built with cement blocks.
There's only one neighbour to the east of the grounds. This property is
in a quiet and beautiful location, built with good quality stone.
